You need to actually watch our matches for 90 mins, and not just the highlights.
He got out jumped for one header by Lukaku, other than that!??

Well Klopp obviously fancies him to start big matches. How can our manager be wrong, and you be right?

By favourite part of the match was when he was stood there watching Mata run in behind him and he just didn't react at all only for the ball to be played in and Mata have a free overhead kick attempt at goal.

He is utterly braindead!!

Lovrens problem is he easily loses focus and discipline, easy to wind up and distract from his duties.

He needs to just control his own game and not get involved with anything else, I doubt that he can do that unfortunately and persisting with him we will always have problems at the back.

This.

I really hope he leaves next season.

Decent defender but the second he makes a mistake the whole team pays the price.

If this guy is so useless, why does the manager pick him still, AHEAD of Klavan, Matip and Gomez?

AND give him a new 25m/5 a Year contract?????

Discuss...

Had his best ever game in a red shirt tonight. Was immense at the back alongside Virgil. Really chuffed for him.

Yep he hasn't played much footy lately either but it didn't show, he was magnificent tonight, the entire backline was magnificent to be fair.

Star man last night ,he was honestly immense ,possibly one of the best defensive displays I've seen under that kind of pressure for many a year ,he even eclipsed the big man on the night who was also monstrous.

Deffo partnering well with Virgil. Dopey mistakes (touch wood) seem to have all but disappeared from his game.

He was immense yesterday, credit where it's due. But I still wouldn't rely on him to be a constant starter for us, and dopey mistakes have definitely not disappeared from his game. He basically cost us the game against United just a few weeks ago because he couldn't keep a clear head.
