That is what we need to do 100%.

It will we a huge task if we can keep tight at the back and get a clean sheet.

If we got say a 2-0 win at Anfield, that would be great.

Still think we have a bit of work to do but If the winning teams now hold out I would take either Barca or Bayern in the semi. Ideally Bayern and hopefully Barca knock Ronaldo out.

I'll take Real.  Ronaldo would be a toothless dog without service nor support because of our attacking strength. He'd end up isolated.

I think the other teams would cope better.

Unusually no defensive teams will be  left in the competition and that bodes well for us. We love playing attacking teams! We will need Anfield against Real or Barcelona because we would struggle more in one match against them so I'd say one of them in the semis and play Munich in the final.

+1, feel exactly the same.

Edit: Secretly though, I hope we get Barca and trash them.

If the winners from the first legs all qualify, the semi-finalists will have a combined total of 27 European Cups between them.

How's that for European pedigree?

I've seen this Liverpool side collapse far too many times over the past few years to be thinking about the semi's.  There are still 90 minutes to go and they've already put 8 past us this season.
Its not our natural game to sit back and defend.  We need to come out and play next week and get the goal.

The positive is that even at 4 - 0 down we still only need 1.

You are right as it is too early to talk about the semis. We have a huge advantage obviously especially as them needing to score will only help our game. I can't see us not scoring at least one and progressing though, I hope I'm right.

As Klopp said at the post-match presser - it's only half time.

Need to go at them again and get an away goal.  Then the pressure will be huge on City...
