On talk radio a few minutes ago some bloke says Beckam in exchange for Owen.
Apparently Beckam's people were seen at Anfield last week behind closed doors.

I think its rubbish. No way we would want Beck because he just doesn't fit Rafa's style. I'm sure Rafa will get someone with skill and pace on the right side. That sure doesn't sound like Beck does it.

i'm listening to talksport now and when i heard that guy i nearly fell off my chair. rob mcaffery just started p#ssing himself with laughter. the caller basically claimed that the deal was for vieira and baros to go to madrid and for beckham to come to anfield.
