You all won't be very happy and will be worry now so I've been told that Djbril Cisse's transfer to Anfield has been put on hold as he was carried off in his last game and he'll have to undergo a full medical to the survey the extent of the damage to his ankle, I think.

Let's hope it's nothing serious.

Auxerre striker Djibril Cisse insists he will move to Liverpool, despite suffering a bad leg injury.,
"I would have preferred to finish my career at Auxerre differently," Cisse told Foot+. "But I have to accept that it has happened.

"I haven't broken my leg and the injury has only put me back about a month."

Fortunately, his injury doesn't seem so serious...

Yea, this 'injuried one month' will affect him but not so badly...He will be like 'ex-Cisse' in a short time...

It will be a big pleasure to watch him with Liverpool shirt:;):

It's better that he knackered himself now as opposed to the first game of next season.....and if the damage is worse than feared at least we could pull out and save 14mill.

I dont think that LFC will be paying 14mil. Houllier isnt targeting players anymore. The new manager might not even want him or may not want to spend such a large sum of his transfer budget on him....

Thank ****** for that, did it ever occur to any of you that the next manager might not want Cisse?!?!?!?!

Benitez for manager, let's have top quality Spanish players not dodgy froggies
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

TRue.
Kluivert will be released from Barca so i think its bettter to get him rather than spend lots of money to buy an unproven french striker

Kluivert is a proven goal scorer and is a good header of the ball as well. Only thing is his wage demands, something like 90,000 pounds a week.

Also, he would need good service....presently our midfielders are really short on.

Unproven ?
I thought Cisse was the top scorer in france last season. He may be unproven in the premiership but so is Kluivert. Also if Kluivert is that good why are Barca releasing him  ???

Kluivert no thank you!

Cisse sounds like a done deal and i'm still very much looking forward to him in a red shirt!

He is proven scorer (top scorer in france 3 seasons running)!
Young hungry player

or

Old mercinary with a big wage bill?

I know where my money would go!

I rather have Cisse than Kluivert because Cisse is young lad and Kluivert is getting older now but I wouldn't pay 14m for Cisse.

I don't agree with your point about might need them both, cos Cisse and Kluivert are both similar as players, Kluivert is greedy b@stard and rather have more money than playing football, he is same as Boumsong's behaviour.
