i went down there sabre and told them i was the new boss but they didnt seem impressed    :D


it appears peaceful at the moment but its still confusing. it appears its anti thakisn and is a coup attempt, at one point it was believed they were troops loyal to thaksin protecting parlaiment. all we need now is the pro thaksin troops to turn up and it will no doubt kick off.

thaksin is in new york at the UN summit at the moment

cnn and bbc have gone off now on the satelite tv

first time i have been in a coup so i dont really know what to expect, best just for me to keep out the way and dont drink any stella or i will be headbutting tanks.

i cant beleive they have taken bbc and cnn of as well

BBC are saying the leader of the opposition is Lieutenant General Sonthi Boonyaratglin. Says its looking likely there will be a clash so keep a low profile mate

yes phil, basically he is a good pm that gets things oone, he gave thailand a stable economy and is very business minded but as with any government there is opposition
