Saw "Wanted" last night and thought it was fairly cack.  James McEvoy's a decent actor but doesn't suit this type of role.  All the other characters were very 2-dimensional and Morgan Freeman and Terrence Stamp were just phoning it in, IMO.  There was some cool effects with a train crash in the middle but otherwise the action was all too unrealistic to be completely enjoyable.  Not even a shot of Angelina's a.rse could save this one! :D  4/10

Agreed!
Turned it off, shi,te storyline, totally far fetched and just not interesting......Nothing happens to keep you interested!
If Jolie was'nt in it i wold have turned it off sooner tbh.
Very dissapointing...they should not have bothered making it!

anyone seen hancock?

going cinema tonight and was deciding between wanted and hancock for something easy to watch, without taxing the brain too much... but after the reviews above for wanted... that might have made a decision for me......

Without having seen Hancock I would urge you to go to that one without hesitation, mate! :D  I usually enjoy Will Smith's action flicks so it can't be terrible, right?

Watched Inside Man recently. Thought it was excellent. Clive Owen was brilliant as well.

9/10

Also watched Hot Fuzz yesterday. It was alright, but it wasn't as funny as I was hoping it would be.

6/10

Watched Hancock and Wanted last night, was entertained by the first but found myself dozing off during the second.

Saw Drillbit Taylor a while back, I really like the laid back persona that Owen Wilson assumes for virtually all his roles. the movie however was a disappointment.

On the basis of your review, Woof, we watched The Orphanage the other night and quite enjoyed it.  Good and creepy that one...especially the little kid in the sackcloth hood! :)

To by utter shame I was dragged by the wife to see Mamma Mia last night. I didn't know anything about it going and when I got there i thought I was going to have to sit through an hour and a half of some stupid chick flick.

I wish that had have been the case!

I ended up losing 2 hours of my life on what has to be the worst film I have ever seen in my life, everytime one of them opened their mouth out came a ABBA song! A Fucking Musical.

Even Mr James Bond Pierce Brosnan was fucking singing in it.

Avoid at all costs and I mean that. Drivel from start to finish

0/10.
