Just got round to seeing Death at a Funeral

Thought it started bit slowly but was lmao by the end

Watched Flawless yesterday. Decent film about a Diamond robbery starring Michael Caine and Demi Moore (her accent killed me) but the ending left me a bit flat. Could have been so much better but still worth a download.

The Hunting Party. Highly recommended, I don't want to spoil this one so I will just say its surprising, funny and also tense.

Watched Scarface last night... the last time I saw it was when it first came out. Got it from Tesco for £3 or £4. What a bargain.

How good is this film? The acting is excellent, Pacino fantastic and I think there may be some swearing in it

(which was much more notable back in the early 80's than it is now - we have swearing like that on telly now, even the c word. Do you remember The Tube getting taken off telly because Jules Holland swore a cuppla times?)

Talkin' of Tesco's and Al Pacino (

) I picked up a copy of "Heat" for £3 yesterday. Remember despite the top drawer cast, being a bit disappointed when I first saw it . Could be that with a running time of 2hrs 24 minutes , being stuck in a cinema with a bunch of popcorn munchers for that long spoilt my mood . hoping that in the comfort of my own home, ensconced in my recliner with a pint of vodka coke I'm a bit more receptive to it.

I liked Heat, the ending ruined it for me though. It was contrived, poorly executed and more importantly I wanted DeNiro to win.

Don't worry mate thats one of the few benefits of alzheimer's, you can watch the same film over and over and still be surprised by the ending.

I watched AI on bbc 3 the other night, first time ive seen it but I thought it was good. Not normally my kind of film but enjoyed it. Not as good as bambi though, when she got shot ! still cracks me up !

i saw aragon last night... weird film, seemed about 2 hours too short. good tho, if you like that kinda thing.

hahahaha watership down? No I laugh at bambi because I ive got 2 boys one is 9 and one is 11, my 11 year old looked at bambi's mom being shot and carried a tear in his eye, my 9 year old laughed and carried on with his pokemon pearl on the ds ! also the irony, run bambi run ! talk about do what I say not what I do !

I just saw Layer cake (very good film) for the first time. The first time I saw Daniel Craig was in bond when he was huge, in this film he is really scrawney. Me wonders if somebody had some dodgy intake to beef up.

I watched Bee movie last night. Brilliant film keeps your interest from start to finish and is very funny. Ending was a bit unrealistic (yes, even for a cartoon about talking bees) but apart from that it was great 8/10
