I'm a bit confused. Sometimes I feel sleepy and find my day ruined and sometimes I feel happy because I've had a nice party. What about you ? Do you think it's good to stay up late or continue to maintain your schedule even on weekends ?

i remember a few years ago, when i was still in liverpool, that the weekend meant going out on friday night and going home the early hours of monday morning. it was pretty difficult getting any kind of work done for the first couple of days of the week but i was young(er) and it was fun.

anyway, basically if you are tired get some sleep, if you're not tired don't worry about it.

For me the days that weekend meant a massive party are over, and the reason is that when you're a student you can recover -- by missing classes -- but when you have to wake up in the morning and you reach to 30 the hangovers get more difficult to bear.

Plus, at some point you get bored of getting wasted every weekend.

Quite simply your body will say when it's enough!

Depends.

Some Sundays, I need to do a LOT of work so I sleep early on Sat. night and wake up early Sunday

Other weekends, I party all night and just relax on Sundays

I go to sleep really early these days. Usually on weekdays I am in bed by 11 and around the same on weekends unless im watching a film. I used tostay up later but for some reason I found if I went to bed after 12 suffered from insomnia. It was really wierd as I couldnt get to sleep at all till like 5 in the morning and id have to beup a few hours later for work. I probably should see a doctor about that but for now i find going to sleep early helps. Plus I gym 3 times a week so that helps me to sleep better too.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

World's Greatest Lawyer
Defense attorney John Garcia convinced a jury in Merced, Calif., in May that his client was not guilty of the "forcible rape with great bodily injury" of an 18-year-old woman in 2004, despite the fact that only his client's DNA-identified semen was present, mixed with the victim's blood, on the shorts she wore at the crime scene. Client Daniel Saldana's story was that he had previously had sex with his own girlfriend in the house where the rape occurred and that the girlfriend might have left her shorts on the floor and that the rape victim might have mistakenly put them on after the "other" man raped her.
