You need to stop thinking like a f*cking child and start acting like a man. The World wasn't created to give Liverpool FC trophies - we have no devine right. Like it or lump it, since Roman Moneybags flew in, there has been at least 2 other teams able to out-spend our own, even before Rafa arrived here. Both those teams and Arsenal as well had much better squads than ours. They add £30m players to warm the bench - we pay £5m for first teamers, with one or two notable exceptions.

Keane was a f*ck up, but even then the catastrophe cost us around £1m in the end.

Name me 3 Rafa buys worse than £28.1m for Veron. Or £30m for Berbatov. Go on - I challenge you.

How has the strike thread got onto a rafa thread . This was not a pro / anti strike it was a strike to get this forum back to the way it was . It started because two of our most repected posters couldn't post anymore . Whether the mods and others like it or not mick and saint are respected by the vast majority on here and we wanted the insanity of the forum to stop . That was all . Now as far as rafa is concerned i reckon he couln't give two fecks what posters on this forum think about him .

I'll tell you how.

Personally I couldn't give a flying fúck for who's popular in this forum or any other forum. I'll keep liking Lando even if the list of the people who says he has no brains is twice as big as it is.

What I do give a fúck about is about unfair accusations, and one of the accusations running in this thread is that some mods ban people because of their football opinions.

Which is bóllocks and can be seen it's untrue whenever a poster says something negative about Rafa's reign like Andy G has done, and nothing happened (millions of times, Igor, as you know because I've seen you upset about many antirafa posts).

That is, if you miss Bigmick and S@int so much so much it's ok you say I'll stop posting. But saying that they were banned for their football opinions is unfair, not backed by any fact, not backed by logic, and unfair to the mods.

And I'm not a particular fan of the way supersub has moderated this forum before any of you come with the "you are licking their árse" mantra. In fact I resigned to be a moderator because I carded (one simple yellow card) Peewee and he removed it a half an hour later.

But one thing is to have personal opinions, and another thing is to accuse the mods of things I simply don't know just because I like a poster. I haven't done it for Lando, I haven't done it for Leonmc, not for Bigmick, and I won't do it for anyone, no matter how much I like them as posters.

In a nutshell, if the strike was about "do you want bigmick football posts back" I'd join. But if the strike was about taking sides between them and supersub, I wouldn't.

sabre it started off from what i can tell because they had differing opinions on Rafa than one of the mods.
We then had a thread where you could only post positive things, when mick ( i think it was) replied with some counter points, he was warned.
He was told that if he didnt want to post positive things in the positive thread he would be carded.
There were plenty of threads where you could criticise the manager to post in apparantly, although in these threads the people behind the manager could post still ?
So thats one rule for one isnt it.
Saint got his posting rights removed for calling a mod a vegetable or something similar, the same person had called him something to which he responded.

But it all stems from the fact that they disagreed with the mod regarding the manager.

Sabre, it is very easy for you to say that because you are one of the favoured elite. I have without any doubt been penalised for my opinions in the past rather than any breech of rules.

As I have said countless times I think the moderating on this forum is mostly very good but there are some very big exceptions.

Anyway I don't want to stir up that wasps nest again.

Anyway, if you keep making their job even more difficult than it is, what will happen is that some of the mods will resign, because getting cráp without a salary is not a good job when it takes you 3 hours a day or more.

And then some of you will have to be a mod, and check how difficult it is to moderate this site, you'll check how it's more than a team moderation rather than individual decissions, I will be a "favoured elite" no more, you'll card me, and if I get banned do you know what will happen Heimdall? that it's the internet and nobody dies.

We could see that, or alternatively we can stop doing internet dramas and get back to posting.

I've posted little football posts as of late because real life work, but I hope to get back to posting soon -- if I'm not banned before, and if I am, newkit will continue.
