You don't appreciate a lot of stuff in school until you get older.
Little things like being spanked every day by a middle-aged woman.Stuff you pay good money for later in llife

Used to get them from Clarksons on Greaty.

:laugh:  me grandma's bog was exactly like that. Pitch black, Cold and not the kind of place to be hangin' round in. You'd come out of it with either one of the following symptoms:

God awful place...all that stress for a s.hit  :no  I used to hold meself in til i was blue in the face. And if i needed a pi55 it was off to the grid instead.

any one have a rag an bone man goin round screamin sccccrrrrapppppp iron if yer gave him somethin good he give you a goldfish in a bag me and me brother handed over me dads best suit for a fish and hid the fish in the back in a bucket it died about 20 mins after. me dad went nutts it was a nice fish though half black half orange

ah the outside bog, my nanas hous in tuebrook had the outsie bog (as well as an inside one). she also used to have a mangle in the back yard.

does anyone remember the wash house near liverpools ground, she used to go there and do the laundry, proper hot steamy place it was, i think there was also baths there (not swimming baths, just a bath where you could get clean.)

well worth it.I loved Monty python this clip was a classic.Have a look at the other 4 YORKSHIREMEN, Vic Reeves, Harry Enfield,Alan Rickman and Eddie Izzard. Brilliant.
