Just got back from hols to hear the news, absolutely gutted. Robson is my favourite man in all of football and has been for many years. The most effervescent, infectious and positive manager I've ever known. If I was a player I would have absolutely loved to have played for him and I would have loved him to have managed our great club at some stage.

RIP Sir Bobby Robson.

Watched the documentary last night and what a fine fellow he was. Thankfully he was given his moment at The Sports Personality ceremony last year which brought a wee tear to my hardened eyes. One of our greats both as a man and a manager, you will be sorely missed Sir Bobby, rest in peace.
