Just talkin to my husband Bav an he said that Lowe had something to do with Brehman a few of seasons ago and that kid has come up through the ranks there , he played for the German u21 and got a full call up from the first team, but was waiting on that Fatih Terim to call him up for the Turks but he never gave him a shout so he opted to play for Germany, Crackin player , best in the tournament so far.

If you had seen them recently you like most others would have not been expecting much at all. They never do well in the pre tournament warm ups. But they have a knack for always performing when it matters. Over here they laud on the pressure to the max. I mean look at the papers slaughtering Green today? It was a mistake but if they really want England to progress they will actually get behind them for a change instead of acting like a pack of hyenas.

Armies of Yankee revelers across the city celebrated their beloved longshot team as they took on their redcoat rivals.
England scored its only goal in the fourth minute of the afternoon match at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa.

It staggers me how a country as big and as diverse as America can be so thick to the point of being disrespectful to the sport. F*ck sake, if you're going to do a report on the game, at least do a bit of research first that 1-1 in football does not f*cking equal a win. It's funny, yes, but embarrassing.

It's ironic that the British press without fail, time after time, will always big up the English national team to be potential winners of the competition, yet whenever Germany (seen as the main rival for some reason) get's mentioned, they are always dismissed, and when the competition starts proper, they quickly change their tune. You'd have thought they'd have learned by now. I feel that for England to actually look as if they are going to do well in these competitions, then the media pressure must go. It's like an albatross around their necks.

It's what they do best Emerald mate, and I can't ever see them changing their ways im afraid. The problem is no players or top managers ever come out and say it how it is. Capello looks like the type to stand up to the press if he thinks he is within his rights so I hope if this campaign does go tits up that he makes a point to put them in their place.

On a side note anyone watching that James Corden's World Cup? Not a James Corden fan or anything but there are some nice little snippets in there. Kind of like Baddiel and Skinner... That Maradonna quote has got me in stitches.
