turkey got to the semis and in the entire tournament were only in the lead for a total of about 13 minutes... and anyways, is turkey even in europe?

this is the best final with the 2 teams of the tournament... come on spain!

Geographically only about 3% of Turkey is in Europe.

Then again, most of Russia is technically in Asia too.

The coolest thing about EURO 2012, is that half the games will be in the Ukraine.

Now, you may say "what's so cool about that?"

And I answer, look at their frickin prime minister!!!!!

I honestly don't know how Germany manage it. They always over perform in every tournament, while we always seem to underperform.

They always seem to do "just enough" to win without playing that well, while other teams play great..... have one off day and are out.

A strong Spain midfield, 4-5-1 suits Spain,if I was a betting man I would back Torres for the first goal. I wondered if Alonso might get his chance today, but I can understand them not wanting to change a winning team too much.
