what a load of BS..."justice in football" my :censored: ...  it certainly shows you haven't been watching the Euro... Germany has been playing attacking football since the World Cup and they've scored the most number of goals now with 10 and unfortunately they've also conceded 6. Their football in euro now is more like Kamikaze than negative! and arguably more up-tempo than any other team bar the Dutch. Spain has scored 8 now without playing their semi-final and only conceded 3. IMO they will be considered slight favourites if they meet with Germany in the final as they have much more individual talent in the squad and their defense right now is better than Germany's. However, you can never discount the big game temparament of the Germans and they're the ones that's been there and done that. IMO it will be a cracking final if Spain were to meet Germany in the final (as Germany is my first team and Spain my second). Very exciting euro so far!

Germany was unlucky? from what I've seen all of Germany's goals were good goals whereas turkey's first goal had an element of luck in it...it came from a mishit shot! And they don't deserve to be in the final? they beat the tournament favourites portugal 3-2 fair and square. Admittedly they didn't play as well as they did against portugal but I never considered the Turks as walkover opponents. True enough they played better than the portuguese. But Germany did beat them fair and square again... so grow up people...

you wish Sabre... it'll be more like 4-4 and then Germany to win on penalties...  :D ...

come on now, that comment is so  uncharacterstic of you (well as far as I've seen from your posts here, not claiming that I know you) to discredit a team so unfairly... Germany didn't play very well but so did your team Spain against the Italians...every team is allowed to have an off day... however all their goals were deserved... they beat one of the tournament favourites portugal and now turkey. I've never considered Turkey a 'lucky' team because of how they've won their matches against Croatia and the Czechs... :nod

My bigger justice is not about this tournament but accumulated all my life. :D

All a fúcking life watching the germans win and the Spanish playing good football and losing. It reaches a point Magus, that you're 32, you see them doing it once again, and you say that you wish a 4-0 from the bottom of your stomach. :D

Surely, magus, you can't say Germany attacked the way Holland did in the first two matches.

They were very efficient, yes, they scored a lot of goals, yes, and in my opinion they were the best team in the A-B pools, better than the overhyped Portugal, but they do not have the same positive style as other teams did at this tournament (Holland, Spain and Russia, that is).

Thought Germany were woeful last night. They can't defend for toffee and either Spain or Russia will rip them to shreds with their movement imo.

The ref last night was a complete joke by the way. How that joker could be in charge of a semi final whilst Howard Webb (the only ref in the whole tournament to take note of UEFA's demands to clamp down on shirt pulling in the area) gets sent home is a complete joke.

Well at least the power cut meant we could have a break from Motson and Lawrenson's dour commentary for a while anyway. :D

We're all f#cked if they actually get a decent team together then.  :D

A "poor team" to British commentators means "they don't have Premiership players who's names we recognise in their team, other than Ballack"

Manhattan thinkers might have a point there.

Sabre (nothing but a manhattan source) has read the international press after the Spain - Italy game. Bild from Germany, Marca from Spain, A Bola from portugal, Le Figaro, from France.

Curiously enough, all the international press highlight Casillas role in the game, except the english one, who highlight the decissive Fabregas penalty.

They do seem to highlight anything coming from the premiership, bar Liverpool.  :D

Of course, Madrid bias isn't any better, it's worse. It just happens that Casillas is a Real Madrid player, but they've been going on about Raul for months.  :glare:

Spain will win tonight. Because from the italy match on, nothing is going to be the same for this and other tournaments.
