Beckham by a country mile, although in fairness its the non footballing press that blow him out of proportion.

Figo is not the player he was 4 years ago, when he was the best player in Spain at Barcelona. Chelsea fans who came across Barcalona in the Champions League under Vialli a couple of years ago will know what I mean!!

Rio Ferdinand is a good player but never as good as some made out.

Havnt seen him play but I reckon the most overated player has to be the 'Im better than Murphy and Ballack' Hustler.!!!! :p
The man who came to merseyside from Newcastle, the man who says he's part of Liverpool as much as the Liver building. When he was needed Alan Kennedy was there. And with now just 8 minutes to go it could be that Alan Kennedy has made a little history.

i think cheyrou is one of the most underated players to ever not really get a chance to play for liverpool.
