Got to admit, he redeemed himself a bit there did ol' Masha. He wasn't prompted by the reporter he clearly was aware of how we felt about his conduct last August and addressed that.

Pepe never seemed to have a grudge with Mascherano in the tv comments, Pepe commented it's remarkable the good job Mascherano is doing at the CB position. You have to concede him that, when Mascherano has played the position in a CL final instead of Puyol.
