Arsenal v villareal - Cl semi-final

International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

arsenal's tactics were pi$$ poor tonight. they didn't even have a shot until injury time. a better team would have thrashed them out of sight tonight.

ps. it was never a penalty in a million years.

Spurs must be really sh.itting themselves now, I almost feel a bit sorry for them.
I am a great admirer of Henry but Wenger is a moaning kunt who gave us no credit whatsoever.

To be honest it just reaffirms how we blew it big style against Benfica. Watching the game tonight, it was that poor I couldn't believe I was watching a Champions League Semi Final.

That Riquelme miss will be the defining moment in the Champions League this season. That has got Arsenal's name on the cup and it will ensure Henry stays and Arsenal stay afloat financially.

However, Barcelona will be no easy task and they are a different proposition to the likes of Juve and Madrid. Knowing our luck AC Milan will go through and Arsenal will beat them.

I agree St Michael, that was a gift from the refferee .

Barcelona always fancies, and has a great history... with just a single European maximum title. They always seem to be the best of Europe, but they've failed in the past many times. Barcelona makes the most beautiful football, yet, they're not unbeatable. It's going to be a nice final to watch -- I don't expect Milan AC going through.

Nice gesture from Henry to Gerrard. He said that he took his personal inspiration from Gerrards effort in last years CL. He also said that Gerrard was long due the PFA player of the year. NIce bloke - got a lot of time for him

Henry is a class act act on and off the pitch, he deserves to win the CL but I still hope Barca win it.
