WOW- what a great 24 hours...  This ramps up the pressure on City - they simply cannot afford another defeat when we win.

Our job is FOCUS now- keep playing it one game at a time, keep winning - even winning ugly.
Beat them at the Etihad and we can start dreaming (If Palace can beat them there we may have a chance  :eyebrow )

What about that for a set of results !!!!  if you look at the goals against Citeh, now 13, they're starting to leak, they were 6 10 days ago and now are comparable with Chavski and Spurs (15 and 16). The mighty reds remain at 7.  Only 2 clubs are scoring, us and City with goal diffs of 32 and 37, chasers at @15, 16, 20. Bah gum its going to be exciting in the last weeks of the season!

Brilliant result for us today  :buttrock

City now have to get a result AWAY at Leicester, who are fighting to save their manager from the sack.  Perhaps they will drop a few more points before we meet on 3 Jan?  :nod

f*cking beautiful! City and Chelsea follow up our win against Wolves with losses. If we can beat Newcastle and Arsenal at Anfield that sets us up beautifully for the trip to the Etihad.

4 points clear what a weekend this has been. Lets keep this going common lads plenty of obstacles ahead of us. Lets get past Arsenal and try to get a positive result at City. To early to dream but boy does it feel good.

Few weeks ago City had +12 i think GD and now it is only +5.

The bitters aren’t doing us any favours against Spurs who I still regard as a real threat !!

Don't know why Pickford is England's no1, he makes far too many mistakes. The bitters would be better off with Karius

Listening to the post match phone in on Radio Merseyside and a lot of Evertonians are saying his ego is too big and he's too cocky. They reckon being the England keeper and getting to the WC semi final has gone to his head.
