Flipping Eck, I thought that saga was resolved! Wasn't the result of the lawyers et al inspection....in LFC's favour. Could this just be last weeks news being  re-surfaced by the media cause thy love stirring?

No idea - possibly Suarez is just waiting to see of he will be allowed to leave then if not pursue action of some sort.

He has no chance of winning such a legel battle, but he will alienate everyone associated with the club making it impossible to keep him.
If he pulls a stunt like that I hope he gets booed by every lfc supporter for the rest of his playing days.

Oh, he will be with a stunt like that. He'd be onto a loser, and i'm sure LS would regret his actions over the entire saga for the rest of his days. If he thinks that taking similar actions as those when he played for the other teams will work in his favour, then LS lives in cloud cuckoo land. LFC fans are everywhere, he would'nt get a moments peace.....anyway it's probably the media having fun and games bringing all clause stuff up again

I dont think he will regret it - he wont care as long as he gets what he wants - just like with Groningen

Didn't Suarez say he wanted to leave because he was being persecuted by the media? How would going to Arsenal help with that? Was it an excuse?

If he went to a club in another country, I wouldn't have a problem with that. But to go to one of our biggest rivals?  Can't accept that. It would push us further away from the top 4. Surely it can't be allowed to happen?...  :(

Dunno Benny, I just feel that as he has caused problems previously to get what he wants, and if he's going to start making trouble like that here, sooner or later, it will come back and bite him big time

Well, for one thing imo, the trouble and mess he will cause if he pursues his move through the courts. LFC are much bigger then his previous club(s), LFC fans are everywhere, and probably won't be as forgiving..........

But, here's hoping he'll still be with us for the up and coming season and enjoys playing for LFC.

I read a lot of news from a lot of different sources (phone apps eh?) and I think the BBC report is old. Maybe they cottoned onto it a bit late. Not really read anything new on it today other than Wengers words. And he seems to be paving the way to lose out, talking about how it'd not be wise to spend so much on Suarez when the money could be spent more economically. Not sure how that'd go down with the fans.

I could be wrong though

But he will prob have left and won't care what we think anymore. Us not forgiving him for leaving I'm sure won't bother him

How will Suarez leave if we don't sell him?

No court in the world would over-rule his contract.

He does what Liverpool tell him to do.

Arsenal can bid all they want, but we all know they are wasting their time.

Really hope Suarez shows some respect and doesn't make this whole thing messy. If kicks up a stink and for whatever reason doesn't get a move, I for one will find it very hard to watch him in our jersey again, no matter how good he is. My stance is simple - if another club come up with the right money, he can go. If not, he needs to get his head down and get on with it.

I just can't see any viable destinations for him. If Real get Bale, I can't see them coming in for Suarez. I think he may well end up at Arsenal. They have spent nothing so far and I'm getting the impression they are keeping there powder dry for a big bid for Luis and probably relying on him kicking up a stink to try and force our hand. Their earlier bid's were just testing the water IMO
