Did have one moment that made me pmsl . Fella is given some special herbs to rub on his k'nob to make him more virile . Goes into a hut with his missus for a quick one , comes running out in great pain minutes later with his knob burning from the effects of the herbs. Then his missus cames out and frantically starts washing her mouth out .

Watched Dark shadows yesterday and found it very disappointing.

Not sure if it wanted to be a campy comedy or remain true to its dark origins but for me missed in both cases

Even the talents of Johnny Depp and the va va voom of Eva Green's cleavage couldnt save it for me

Safe House. ryan reynolds and Denzel Washington.

8/10

Come to think of it EVERY Denzel movie I've ever watched is at least a good movie, if not great. The bloke acts and works in the best.

Ya Denzel's talented.  The Book of Eli was pretty good, and what's that one where he goes back in time to stop a bomber from blowing up a boat?  That was really good, and the one he's a bodyguard... Apparently I have a horrible memory.

Finally got round to see The other guys recently which was a good laugh even though it could have done with a running time trim."Im a Peacock let me fly"

Certainly needed a laugh after watching Dilemma with Vince Vaughn and co, thought that was going to be a light comedy. Boy was I wrong

The second one you mentioned was 'Man of Fire'
The first one was 'Deja Vu'

American Gangster, Manchurian Candidate, Inside Man, Training Day, John Q & Pelican Brief are just a few more of the good films he's been in.

I agree about Washington, a hell of an actor.
Training Day. That was an awesome movie.

What about "Glory" ? OK it's over 20 years old but one of his earliest films and Denzel picked up an Oscar for best supporting actor, it's also got that other black acting icon Morgan Freeman in it.

I watched the MIB3 last night ,have to say although it wouldn't have been a film I would have been overly enthusiastic about watching , it turned out to
be a thoroughly enjoyable film with all manner of Hokum thrown in  .... I must say its the best MIB to date ,if that is indeed considered any form of true acknowledgement  ???

8/10 Take the Kids ,they will love it .
