??? What even Netflix, isn't that also streaming? BTW I don't stream as much as just download stuff using bittorrent after finding the relevant torrent on isohunt. Having said that if I really like somethign then I tend to buy ir or go and see it at the movies, have to make sure Holywood doesn't go bust!

Watched a movie called "Brake" last night.  starring Stephen Dorff (aka Jack Bauer lite) not bad and certainly better than watching which shade of Manc was gonna win the premiership.

Worth a watch

Cabine in the woods.

Truly bizzare, but actually a decent film, totally non-believable.

Good yarn

The Avengers broke the box office record, anyone watched it yet? is it that good? I heard nothing but amazing reviews about the movie.

To be honest I love the Avengers, I used to watch cartoon adaptation of the comics when I was still a teen so I'm really looking forward to watching the movie now. Unfortunately, where I'm staying right now there is no movie theater  :(  but I might catch it once I'm back in Beirut next week

I saw it last tuesday Metalhead and have to say it was f*cking awesome!!

I love watching these comic superhero movies even though I'm not a comic book fan. From the minute I heard this movie was coming out and after having seen the Iron man, Capt. America and Thor movies I'd been like a little kid on Christmas eve waiting for it's release. The danger of anticipation like this is that the finished movie would be a let down but I have to say that my expectations were met.

The balance of the movie is perfect, just the right amount of character development, all out action and comedy make this movie fly by and it gets 9.5/10 from me.

I saw it in 3D which was okay but reports are that this doesn't really add anything over the 2D version and I have to say that I'd probably agree. I would have been very happy just seeing the 2D version and would still have given it 9.5/10. If IMAX 3D is available it apparently is very good but either way you'll be so drawn in to the movie that I doubt it'll make a blind bit of difference.

Came out some years back but finally got round to watching a more than decent little Australian movie last night "Rogue", about a bunch of tourists tangling with a monster Crocodile, sounds like a B movie but it deffo held my attention. Northern Australia looked fantastistic even though inhabited by their version of Red Neck Hillbillies aka Bam   :D

Also caught up with "Nowhere Boy" John Lennon's early years, disappointing and if the film is anywhere near the truth he came across as a right knob, was never my favourite Beatle anyway   :D

I actually watched a v.good flick last night thinking it was going to be boring, going by the title and the landscape of the first scene but went off on another totally different tangent, very good 8/10.

'A lonely place to die'

Here is the trailer but it's a bit of a spoiler, It'd be better to just watch the movie without seeing the trailer.

Fogotten about that one, watched it a while back, one of those movies  that hold no expectations and maybe because of that prove to be an entertaining surprise, deffo worth a watch.

I've just seen it and I loved it too. There are bits, especially with the hulk which are close to pant-wettingly funny. 9/10 for me.
