These decisions are made  basis what they see on the training field mate. If he aint been picked its because he's not good enough.

Ive been reading a few LFC sites and im shocked to see people not wanting.

Sneijder or Alonso not that we have much chance of getter them but still

Seem that  he has agreed a two-and-a-half year deal on around £30,000 a-week, with Liverpool paying him £50,000 a week for the remaining 18-months of his deal at Anfield.

So, a quick bit of maths says that his "severance package" (if the above is right) would be £3.9M. But if we were to keep him on till the end of his contract here, on 90k a week, it would cost us just over £7M, so even paying him that much, we'd be saving £3.1m

People slag off cole in one breath, but then suggest signing £250k per week Sneijder in the next?   :laugh:
