Well that would tie in with the texts i got last week that said we wanted Borini and Allen.

The text also said Bellamy was leaving due to his wife being homesick and Carroll will be off.

And before people come out and say that there's no difference between signing Allen off the back of one really good season, with us signing Downing and Adam under similar circumstances, the difference is Allen produced those stats last season playing under Rodgers. Rodgers obviously has faith in him and knows how to get the best out of him.

If Johnson leaves City ( and his big wages and medals ) i will give a tenner to a charity of Roger Red Hats chosing. That is how confident i am that Johnson will not leave City

I am sure he is away with City as RVP will be with Arsenal unless something happens before he is due back.

the fact is I knew Adam and his family before he became a mega star, I can prove that too, on here way back when he was a U19 and still at Boro I posted I had this mate called Adam Johnson who plays for Boro who is a great talent...    most people said "who?" never heard of him.

then he hit the big time.

Benny can't deal with that fact, he hates not knowing. I can tell you right now that what Adam says to the media and what he says to his friends/family are 2 different things.

I doubt he'll end up at LFC to be honest, I think he'll stay at City. But I can only relay what I hear from his Mam etc

It will be hard work getting him in but at least we are trying to so that's a good sign
