Rumour of the day - For the miserable tw@ts amongst you

Liverpool Football Club - The Rumour Mill

I would still pick Carra for his experience. He may be a bit slow but his reading of the game and positioning are excellent
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

Only saw a bit of him in the Copa tbh but he looked decent. Better option than both Dann and Cahill imo.

Alot younger too.  Would be a great signing.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

So the all knowing bird is saying that we will know the outcome of the bid tomorrow and will agree terms provided we can overcome some obstacle the same day. Presumably referring to his passport, or lack of rather. He wouldn't be granted a work permit based on appearances as he doesn't meet the criteria but he can be considered a player of exceptional quality. Got young player of the tournament in the Copa? Only thing is the appeal process for that takes at least a month. Commolli will have to pull a rabbit out of a hat to pull this one off imo.

If it goes tits up though id still buy him and just let him come in January.

El pase de Coates a Liverpool está a punto de abrocharse. 95 por ciento hecho.

Have a guess what that says. Is it true? Who the fk knows.  :wwww

....and we'll be rightly stuffed when both him and Suarez go AWOL at the same time when there's an international match....or some equally poxy round-robin tournament down there.

Yeah good point. But no different to how in the past Arsenal and Chelsea have suffered due to players going to the African Cup of Nations.

Hopefully by that time the likes of Kelly and Flanno will be well integrated into the squad. Plus wouldn't mind to see Sterling get some playing time this season.

There are rumors we are in for another player on top of Coates, perhaps a striker?

No more than we did for Kuyt and Babel or like will will with Gerrard, Downing and Hendo in the future
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.

I doubt he will start, unless the coaching staff REALLY rates him better than Agger and Carragher

Lucio is awesome. Never heard much about Coates but everything I've read certainly is promising, could he slot straight in?

We should have bought Lucio instead of Agger/Skrtl. To think he could have started with Sammi and still be playing. I remember when he came to Anfield in the CL with Leverkusan. Fantastic player but over the hill now.

Didnt realise he was still playing Igor! Worthwhile seeing if Alan Gilzean is still around as well and link them up with Suarez and Carroll up front.
