No bid has come in for Mo so I wouldn't be worried until one actually does. If it is for 100mil then we need to be worried as they will cash in and it's not like they have a replacement lined up. If they where willing to bring in Mitoma and do what ever it takes to get him then I'd say its a good move but they won't. Losing him could cost us more than its worth imo.

I wouldn't be worried about what other clubs are doing. Why would City or Arsenal sign a ball of players when they don't need to. One wins it every other year and the other just challenged so all they need is tweaking. Manure and Newcastle finished ahead of us as well so it's us that needs to catch up.

Look we have Klopp for 2 seasons and can't be gambling he will sign again.  Transition will really start then so it's the same old story of back the manager now while we have someone of that calibre at the helm.

I hope you’re right, that type of money will turn anyone’s head, especially when they only have so many years left. Good thing for us is even if he did sulk his stock is high in the Arab world so the deal will probably still be available for him next year. We may not get the 100m though.

Salah will go next season, hopefully it'll be early on so we could get a suitable replacement.

Even if the worst does happen and he ends up leaving when our window is shut so we can’t respond a front 3 of Diaz, Gakpo and Nunez with Elliott and Doak as back up is not the end of the world.

today's quite literally unreal result aside, if FSG do not loosen the purse strings, then they can fook right off out of the club.
we desperately need another breaker or two in midfield, another quality defender or two, and a defensive coach asap

Defender and defensive midfielder needed.

Phillips and Matip also need moving on.

Reckon this is the one Klopp really wants and is waiting on. If Bayern get a midfield in then I reckon it's a straight fight between Klopp and ten Hag to convince him to join.

Nunes from Wolves is on strike to force through a City move, Wolves want 60m for him. He didn’t really impress me last year but I’m still curious why we never went for him. Could it be that Klopp never rated him or he didn’t want us because no CL?

All this talk about another midfielder or a replacement for Salah when what we really need is to strengthen the defence and I do not see any rumors of us looking in that direction which is a concern. Then again it wouldn’t surprise me at all if the FSG purse is shut now for this transfer window, hope I’m wrong.

When it comes to putting money where their mouth is, they're GARBAGE. ALL about the profit which is why we are team spending like a mid table side expecting
title challenge. We have a net spend of around 30-40 million every season which is PATHETIC...

Mac allister and Endo cost around £50m and we sold Fabinho and Hendo for around £50m. So that's a net spend of Zero in what's supposed to be a massive rebuild. Obviously we got Szoboszlai aswell, but we haven't got to pay that until next year.

I think buisness Is done!! I think Caicedo was a publicity stunt and I don't think we were even gonna folk out £60m for Lavia, especially when  we wouldn't pay higher than £48m just the week before. We knew he'd Choose Chelsea, and it gave FSG excuses to then blame the player for the failure of the signing instead of taking any responsibility.

We need some ambition, we need to take a few risks now and again to keep us excited. It's just predictable, and it's gonna be another predictably average season unless we take a gamble.

I think the LFC should consider the offer of £150M or less for Mo at an age of 31, whereas, his recent performances weren't that good! Use the funds to buy another striker and C.D. and right back

Heresy I know but I'd sell Mo for £150 million. If we spent the money wisely we could get 2-3 first team players (RB, CB etc..)

Had a feeling for a while that Klopp has been holding out for Gravenberch and it's a "him or no one" situation. He was a big target last year as an alternative to Tchouameni but he didn't want to hang around and see if that deal fell through or not. Sure Klopp has made a big play for him this year but think we've had to wait for Bayern to find their own replacement before they'd consider selling him. Hopefully they're close to their own deal.
