I've heard Lucas valued at 7mil.  Udinese value Inler @ 15 mil..  I've heard this rumor as well but many things have to happen before it becomes reality.  I've also seen Lucas going to West Ham FWIW.

As always at Liverpool, something does not add up.

Sums up the club the last 4 years.

looks like its all wrapped up;

"
LONDON, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Portugal midfielder Raul Meireles left Porto on Saturday after signing a four-year deal with Liverpool.
The Premier League club said on their website (www.liverpoolfc.tv) they had paid 14 million euros ($17.81 million) for the 27-year-old.
Meireles, who started all his country's matches at the World Cup in June, is known for his dynamism and will help fill the gap left by the departure of Javier Mascherano to Barcelona.
Porto signed Meireles in 2004 from Boavista and he made 137 appearances for the club as well as becoming a regular for the national side.
He is new Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson's fourth major signing since taking over from Rafael Benitez.
Meireles joins Joe Cole, Christian Poulsen and Milan Jovanovic at Anfield."

good, good. really looking forward to seeing him in the liverpool shirt.

New signing Raul Meireles has spoken of his desire to repay the faith shown in him by Roy Hodgson and help Liverpool get back to the top.

The 27-year-old midfielder has won four titles with Porto and been capped 38 times by Portugal, including in all four of his country's games in this summer's World Cup.

He is determined to show his qualities and be a big success in front of the Kop.

"Liverpool are an historic club and I am happy for the move," said Meireles.

"Roy Hodgson was key because he worked so hard to get me.

"I hope the fans will one day remember me for my success at Liverpool. It has been a long time coming but finally I have achieved my dream of playing in England."

I remeber seeing him on ESPN last year he stood out because of his height 6'5 I think. He looked good ( great touch for a big man! :D ) I think he would suit the premiership. Fingers crossed
