City 2-1 now, that's not good.

Doesn't matter now, we won't get 4th anyway.

Tomorrows game means nothing to us but the result will probably decide who wins the title.

We won't roll over but Chelsea will win.

Just watched the three teams immediately above us on MOTD this evening, and ALL of them play football, not the dull as phuck drivel we're been playing this season....
Man we have sunk sooooo far in one year....It disgusts me to see how far backwards we're gone....

so spurs get 4th spot. i'm thinking/hoping that's a better thing as far as man city goes. at least now they will be flinging stupid money at average europa cup players instead of world beating champions league players.

spurs deserve it as well, i reckon. they've played the best football out of all the 4th spot hopefuls.

Great result (hopefully ) from a Liverpool point of view, because a CL bound Citeh would have been very very dangerous with the money they have to spash around. Spurs I think we can cope with for a season anyway.

I agree mate. City would have been a major major player had they qualified for next season, who knows how much money they would have spent on the squad. This way it keeps the pressure on Mancini right from the off next season. Meanwhile, I think Spurs will struggle a little to juggle the EPL and the champions League. I honestly can't see them replicating this season's league success with European games every other week, it's a big change for a club that aren't used to it I think.

Think Spurs deffo did the prem a favour. For me City have almost become the new Chelsea if only in terms of being able to afford almost anyone they want and buy their way to success.
I'm delighted to see their CL dream scuppered for at least another year.

Tinged with a bit of regret though....I'm sure Crouch could have played for us when Torres was out....That said, he got a headspinning offer from Spudz so he was always going to move for more money....
