Difficult one because no one really stands out.

Rafa finally realised estreme rotation doesnt work but that doesnt make him manager of the year. Whiskey is running on fumes, his days are over. MON imploded after an excellent start. Moyes is a small fish in a very small pond etc.. Hughes has lost the plot, many managers are woeful - Ince, Keane, the Newcastle failures etc.. Rednapp did an ok job at Portsmouth but nowt to talk of at Spurs despite having an excellent squad - of course Ramos was a disaster. Big Phil was a flop, Hendik has the team playing well - as they should considering they´re all superstars. Wengers had a bad year. Has Hodgson done a good job??

So overall its been a very poor season manager wise so I wouldnt award the prize to anyone.

Pulis at Stoke for me. Hate watching them but a mid table finish is a great achievement.

I also rate Moyes as a manager and surprised that he is still with a small club :D

Got to be Hodgson, who'd have thought Fulham could be in Europe? All he has to do is get a point next game and its done. Pat on the back for him, he's done great

I thought there would be more homerism in here haha, I don't know much about other clubs other than the big ones and LFC, I can't speak for the other guys up there so I have to go with Rafa.  Has nothing to do with realizing or not realizing rotation works/doesn't work, he just did the best job with what he was given.  Having to deal with injuries left and right to our star players, Keane saga, the absurd amount of abuse he got from both media and fans alike on top of that the overall weakness of the squad(at times) he has done an amazing job.

Whether you think some of this stuff was self inflicted or not doesn't matter really, regardless he has done a marvelous job this year with the team and if we do go on like we should next season we are going to be a force to be reckoned with in large part due to Rafa.

You're all wrong. It has to be Mike Hughes.

It can't be easy managing the richest club in the universe. He has done a spectacular job of staying ahead of the mighty Stoke City.

Moyes , there ive said it. Hes got alot of respect from other managers for what he has done with the bitters . being skint an all. An getting them to FF cup final and if he finishes in the top 6 with them. well that will swing it for me.

An another thing the drunk has most proberbly been his campaign manager in having a quiet word like with other visiting managers. Especialy now with all whats happend with our Rafa.

How good am i

Moyes fecking got it
