You need tacklers in every team but you also need creative players that can do something special, unfortunately it is rare to find a player that is creative and tough as nails and when you do, they will cost you much more 20 million. I like him and see he is improving so will give him the benefit of doubt (ie he will make the necessary adjustments to succeed in the EPL). The "does not tackle" lable is a bit simplistic because he does but having said that I will readily admit that is not his game and I want him creating and not destroying (we have Mascha for that).

Will probably have to change his game a fair bit to adjust to the English game so its not going to happen overnight.
The main problem for me is where will Rafa play him?
I dont see him dropping either Lucas or Kuyt so that only leaves LM
At a push I would drop Lucas for him, put SG on the right with Kuyt up front with Torres, Rierra or Beni on the left.
