Difference in my post is that I never slagged you off, I gave an alternative view

You on the other hand have to have a pop, so dont be surprised when you get a bit back.
Maybe you should stop telling everyone how wrong they are for having their own opinions.

Id have thought that if it drove you to sell your season ticket you wouldnte want to bang on about it  :D

His resignation
The devil on the badge represents the equality of manchester united with satan and his many demoish minions downstairs. just like the many twisted devil worshipers accross the world it means you have to posess the same sick minded mentality to follow that pathetic excuse for a football team.

It is a shame I say this because I do genuinley believe Rafa is a decent bloke and I believe he has LFC's best interest at heart. Then again I also thought Gerard Houllier and Roy Evans had LFC's best interests at heart. If you are looking for an objective opinion to help conclude why Rafa should stay in charge it cannot just be because he has LFC's best interests at heart. That doesn't counter the many negatives that surround his position at the club and from a purely footballing view (on the pitch) the owners cannot be blamed for the teams performances. I'm sorry but grasping to the notion that the Yanks are at fault where our performances are concerened are cheap sorry excuses that appear merely just to paper over the cracks.

I don't understand at what point Rafa 'believers' turn around and say enough is enough, is it that they're dug so deep in their trench that they'll worry about loosing face? Or do they genuinley believe Rafa can turn things around and win us the league? If its the latter where is the evidence for this, playing and buying players who are sub-standard and playing formations and only having a plan A in matches isn't evidence. It, for me highlights Rafa's efforts and in recognition of them, I believe he has taken us as far as he can. We're going backwards quicker than the Italian WWII tanks, it's, I thinka too bigger ask for Rafa to turn things around. The players look lost, disinterested and bewildered and when this happens at a club one thing usually happens.

I thank him for the CL final 2005 which is far becoming a distant memory and not another excuse as to why we should clutch at straws and use this as reason today to keep him. I thank him and the teams efforts for last seasons effort in the league. The negatives though are well and truly outweighing the positives and for Christmas I think Rafa should go back to his homeland and evaluate his methodologies and man-management qualities. I'd like him to bounce back a better manager, he's still only young and maybe in time will adapt to become a better manager elsewhere. While in the meantime Liverpool bring in someone like Kenny Dalglish for the remainder of the season or another manager who is capable of boosting moral and is better equipped to deal with personalities and the fundamentals of the English game.

To walk away with his dignity intact. Quitting the job, therefore, leaving us with more money as is payoff would be less. Oh, and to have agreed a deal to sell babel before he left. Dalglish for new year and mourinho or MON for the summer with really rich arab backing.

My very last  wish for the festive ,would be that posters would refrain from trying desperately to comprehend why  fans are backing Benitez ,I mean why should it be so galling for posters who want Benitez out that our stance shows no sign of altering ,it certainly wouldn't spoil my Christmas ....... Oh and as for saving face well that particular argument got laid to rest in the playground ,I mean seriously who exactly would be that concerned over  changing their respective viewpoint to avoid any ridicule

So just maybe, they should just simply desist in trying to understand ,its quite clearly something that is completely beyond their  grasp ,as it is beyond the media's and the obligatory football pundit  ,and has been for some considerable time (I AM DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE),and if I am honest will remain a constant .

So stop giving yourselves headaches your not going to change any fans perspective ,albeit from the more malleable  suspects,
that said I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a happy New Year .

Why would you wish we give up trying to comprehend what 'real fans' think, maybe we want to aspire to be them.

I mean why should it be so galling for posters who want Benitez out that our stance shows no sign of altering

Its not that atall, I myself would like to know at what point an uber-fan like yourself would call time on Benitez.

Oh and as for saving face well that particular argument got laid to rest in the playground ,I mean seriously who exactly would be that concerned over  changing their respective viewpoint to avoid any ridicule

When you were taking you're sabatical the word fickle got used a lot around here, and as childish as it is many posters on internet forums cannot admit when their wrong to something. So much like a "playground" many forums are, this place is no different and everyone thinks their right.

So stop giving yourselves headaches your not going to change any fans perspective

And lets not forget old chap that works both ways, so when one critiques a player or manager for what they think is a bad game take it on the chin instead playing the 'I've stood on the Kop for the last 90 years and it's people like this who have put me off going to the matches' card.
