I certainly believe we should be starting to look at who is available, who will be available, and who is suitable if we lose the next two or three.
Dalglish left after a game against Everton, maybe his comeback will be after a game against Everton ?

The question is who Saint ?
Dalglish left for more than footballing reasons and can never see him coming back and he seems to me to be firmly behind Rafa as well .

I do think it's a different question to those which currently exist on the boards, in that it's not intended as a critique of the manager or his methodology, it's simply asking whether at some stage a results based assessment will have to be made. I'm firmly in agreement with Benny in that you don't sack managers mid season, but even I'm starting to waver a little bit.
By all means lob it back into the Rafa Benitez thread if you want it really makes no odds to me either way, I'm sure one of the other mods will do it even if you don't. I just smell in the air though that we are reaching a crossroads. Also, the reasons which people are offering up as of now for our demise are still going to apply at the end of the season, valid or not. That's why I'm asking whether those reasons are sufficient to excuse a failure to qualify for the Champions League next season.
Anyway like I say mate, if you don't move it I'm certain somebody else will. Lets face it, it suits a particular slant of opinion to lump every single nuance into the same box, so no worries either way.
