cannot see us winning with Lucas in midfield...

this has perfectly highlighted the gulf in class between our squad and Man United's, and why we cannot compete for the league over the whole 38 game distance. If we lose a top class midfielder we have to field Lucas. If they lose a top class midfielder like Carrick they can pick out of Giggs, Scholes, Hargreaves(in theory), Fletcher Park, Anderson.... :(

Big loss that Alonso is out! He was MOTM against them last time by a country mile..HUGELY dissapointed he cant start! :(

But feck it we have to work with what we have,its the strongest team we can put out!
