Nice pics S@int!

Think we should get a comfortable win tomorrow evening. Hopefully we'll get to see Nando for a change :D

In the first picture, Carra is saying to Owen "who the feck are you?" as Nanny said. In the second picture, he is saying to the other fella "Hey, what the feck d'ya think your doing? Don't shake his hand FFS  "

At first I was thinking we should win 4-0, but after looking at some of West Broms results they aren't the pushovers I thought they would be having just come from the championship.  Still should win comfortably though, just knowing us things can always go wrong  :glare:

Notice Pennants the only one with a bevy in his hand.
And it looks like Rafa pulled him by his lug a few times by the shape of it.

------------reina
degen - carra - agger - arbeloa
pennant - gerrard - mash - riera
--------torres--babel

i would like to see this line-up given a chance. stick arbeloa on the left as i think he is a better left back then what we have. and degen should have his debut. about time! pennant should be play too unless he is too drunk from last night ogling at britney spears. i think she won 2 awards right? she is still hot though. with pennant and degen our right side might be very exposed cos they are reputably lazy players who like to attack (degen) and not drop back (pennant)  but its a risk im willing to take. torres and babel have the pace that would keep their defences paranoid with their pace.

ok lets say it.
If we dont win today then theres something wrong with our team, we have lost our frist game and only just got a draw in the CL, in the good old days teams going to us after two game like that would be thinking that are going to take a good kicking and going to be beat by 4 or 5.
if we do that today then the old liverpool is back for sure.

1. If we don't bang in at least 2 or 3 goals tonight, people won't believe us as a real title contender.
2. If keane does not score tonight, I will think of him as the next morientes.
3. If we lose tonight, I would say we are pretty much f.cked.
4. If we drew tonight, see point no.3

We haven't played well at all in our last 3 matches at all.......

If the players think this match will be a stroll in the park....if our wing players main job is to just stop the opposition fullbacks and wingers from advancing ... then we wont win against west brom.

In fact, i am predicting a draw..... it seems nov is the month our title challenge gets blown away in the recent seasons...

Racing Post:

EVEN if Fernando Torres gets an extended run-out this evening, the Anfield faithful may be made to wait for their side to get the better of West Brom.

The significance of Torres to Liverpool's title hopes has been emphasised by their lack of goals in his absence, so there will be pressure on Benitez to bring him back into the fold as soon as possible.

Yet it would be a huge ask to expect him to pick up the baton immediately, while Robbie Keane is still struggling to make a major impact.

Benitez faces a dilemma over how to bring back Torres as he won't want to sacrifice Albert Riera, whose presence on the left has improved the side's service from wide, yet that may mean losing a more central midfielder

West Brom have already shown they are no pushovers on the road by packing the middle of the park, and that could well make it difficult for Liverpool's creative players to influence the game early on.

Bookmakers are anticipating at least three goals, and at 6-5 it's worth betting on two or fewer.

Tony Mowbray's side are good enough to prevent a comfortable win for the Reds, yet it is equally hard to see their cautious tactics penetrating a defence which remains of the highest order.

Recommendation
Under 2.5 goals, 2pts 6-5
