yes that was a great shot one of the best i have ever seen him do, and you are right he did keep the ball sometimes, but done you think it was nice to see that our passing is getting better , i know it was only WB but it was still better than the last few games.

just got back from the game and am obviously delighted with the result, even if it was against a poor team with 10 men. the second half was like a training excercise it was so easy and for once we actually showed some ruthlessness infront of goal. riise was having his own persaonal shooting contest.

i don't read to much into today. get the 3 points on tuesday and then judge us after the chelsea game. that is the acid test.

Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez refused get carried away after his side's thrashing of West Brom.
"We have two games at home coming up and if we have the same mentality in those games we can talk about more points," he said.

"It is important for our confidence - we want to reduce the gap with the top four and we have a lot of games.

"But we only think about the next game. It is not important to see the end, it is important to see next week."

well its the first time i have agreed with what he has said after a game and he was spot on

If i remeber correctly some member at the end of last year was saying what did Houiller ever see in him and he should be sold and he has an awful touch. But when his played for us his bein brillant Olymiapakos coming off the bench and scoring with minutes on the pitch and putting in the cross for the second showed his skill and pace against Newcastle and could of scored. Tottenham scoring the winning penalty to take through to the semi finals of the carling cup and toaday  he worked his ****** btw not trying to over hype him but when our forwards are scoring and midfielders who need Morientes or Anelka  :D
