Reyes will not be sold...we need to look at players we can actually get. arsenal will never sell Reyes, like they won't sell Henry. Strikers are renowned for being hard to come by, quality strikers anyway. Players out of contract or in their last year are one's we need to look at, the rest are too expensive or settled....players like...erm..Michale Owen for example (sorry) Wiltord would be good I think, not sure what other quality strikers are available.

Alonso should be here this week with a bit of luck and Nunez wil start training Monday .

A player I've watched for a couple of seasons now is Carlton Cole. At Chelsea then on loan at Charlton now at Villa but has made an impression on me.

The dilemna is do we go out and buy a "Big" name player and pay milions or take a chance on a young up and coming player. Cole has pace, physical presence and an eye for goal.

Gerard was youth

Fowler was youth

I can't see the logic in denying promising young players a chance to prove they have what it takes. I suspect your comments are a typical early season comment .......

Thats not what I'm saying, newcomers make mistakes during the game due to lack of experience. Fowler and Owen were strikers, thats different.
