Aye, red. I was actually going to avoid posting on here for a bit due to that. I've not had a dig at any of our players. I said something about Riise, but it was tongue in cheek. Even though his own goal did eventually becoming a telling factor in the outcome of the game, we still conceded two other goals, which one was a daft pen from big Sami where he tackled when he didn't need to. Still, I'd never blame the Fin, and I'm not really going to blame anyone else including Riise, even though what he did p*ssed me off.

Whatever. We were the best team left in that competition, and I don't give a flying f*ck what anyone says. I did say in the match thread before that game, that the only thing stopping us winning it would be refereeing decisions. I wasn't wrong.

The naysayers, detractors, and critics of Rafa and this team seem to think that this was our big chance and he and some players blew it. Bollox! This team isn't even the finished article yet. This team will get to more finals and win a lot more trophies. We will see Gerrard lift Big Ears once again, mark my f*cking words on that! The best is yet to come.
