Who here would take Little Luis back?

I would take him back in a heart beat i think he could play as a creative SS and i think he ads that extra flair in and around the box that we dont currently have.

Agreed...I'd have the little trickster and ball waster back sharpish myself.  How great would it be to have him in the squad to face Arsenal...a team he loved to score against. :nod

I wouldn't have him back, we are looking for more consistant performers than Garcia now. (if not better) He did a good job while he was here but not what we are now looking for now imo.

I Heard Reina is credited with 39,200 assists as ultimately all balls start with him apart from the kick off.

not sure where this is coming from but assists are nearly just as important as goals. It would be pretty ignorant to give all the credit for every goal to the ONE person who put the ball into the net

i've read somewhere that rafa is gonna bid 12 million for bentley in the summer , some of us want him but i think he's a player slightly better then pennant and is doing ok at blackburn , his goal ratio is ok but not that good , 12 million is abit too much and we are taking a risk and he's not proven at top level against top teams although he's the only player in the epl to get a hat trick against the mancs , a few seasons back . 6 to 7 million would be ok

I would pay that for Bentley. He's 23 and he already looks top class, he's certainly the type of creative player Liverpool need.

For the 25 - 30 mil people are talking about for Villa, I'd rather have Aguero. Younger, more skill and will be the best in the world in 5 yrs time.

We're being linked with Bentley from Blackburn. 12mil for the 23 yr old winger.

Liverpool’s Kewell out, Reyes In, oh dear lord!

March 25, 2008

Depending on which Liverpool fans you speak to Harry Kewell was at best a player who could have delivered far more in a Red shirt if injuries hadn’t plagued him, but at worst a complete waste of time and money who’s good performances for the Merseysiders could be counted on one hand (even if that hand had three fingers removed in a freak fishing incident). However be warned worst could occur!

The former Arsenal attacker is seeking a return to England in a bid to kick-start his career, with many Premier League among clubs monitoring developments. (The People)

Newcastle and Liverpool have been suggested as two of those Premier League clubs considering a move for the hideously one footed player. Comparing him to the Aussie may be harsh but given time he could well become as bad as Harry, or at least as much of a waste of money. I fully expect Kevin Keegan to make the bid for Newcastle that should at least let Liverpool fans breath a sigh of relief. However I think that the Toon Army deserve better, so expect instead a summer move by Boro!

Would Reyes answer to our left midfield problems though? he is a good player but maybe not the answer.
