He doesn't seem to be a good man manager or motivator so for these reasons I think we need to find someone else. Great man

Just looking at the statistics there and i was surprised to see it !!!
Drawn 10 thats embarrassing !!!
I think we've lost less/equal then the top 3 so thats not bad, but 10 draws is bad the ony other thing team is fulham has the same record!!
holylamb2006 wrote:Ye we simply dont have a good enough team up front to break teams down . Hence if we score 1 goal the other team have to come at us to try and get back into the game , leaving space behind the back ,luckly we have the pace to do something .
And we seem to just come alive if we score a goal the players actually want to have to ball and do something consructive with it.Equally if we concede the ball the other team get a bit cocky and try to attack more the secure the lead but infact they are leaving more spaceat the back , then we use our pace to counter attack and score a goal .
My main point is that we dont have the players to break teams down no matter wat team it is , if they put 10 men behind the ball we simply cannot get through that wall.Bit obvious to point out but its our main problem !!!!

Had we beaten the likes of Birmingham, Spurs, Wigan, Villa, and Boro we'd be up there.

he's still not a top striker but i guess the best we have , missing so many against a pub team and also scoring a offside goal then , but credit to him , his goal got us going yesteday

The fact that Crouch misses so many chances, is the reason I WON'T slag him off, he along with Torres, is the only player who's in the positions to miss. As soon as a forward stops having chances, that's when they lose confidence, just look at Kuyt. He hasn't had a chance for about 5 games now. At least Crouch is there to miss and if you're there enough, law of averages says you'll score.

boll0x . when kuyt was missing chances , like how crouch is doing now , people were slaughtering him , papers were crucifing him . I think what u've just posted is bias

Think what you like pal, because when Kuyt was missing chances, I applauded him for being there to miss them just like I do for Crouch. Now he isn't even getting in them chances to miss. As for people and papers, well that's a generalisation, I've never been a fan of Kuyt but if he was at least in the chance to miss, credit to him, but he isn't. And in the end there's only so many chances people can miss before it gets to many.

so Kuyt missing chances led to low confidence right which now equals to no chances at all? Won't the same happen to crouch??
