The cost-cutting was probably on internal parts anyway. They had to find £50m from a £300m+ stadium. Why redesign the whole structure when putting slightly lower quality bogs in saves thousands. It'll be savings like that they'll be doing although I bet the chairmens' executive suite has the same quality of stuff
