He had better days at barca. Figo is way past the sell by date. Wouldn't want him in the squad unless he is free and asking for 10k/week.

might solve our RM problem still has quality, but wages would be through the roof, I would welcome it for one, but highly unlikely i reckon, Chelsea would jump in although they already have 1000 midfielders.

Figo's overrated and has lived in the shadows of a certain Mr Zedane... we need players who are not over the hill, rather on it or half-way up it

Figo is not overated nor over the hill. Those that followed la liga last year will know that he had his best ever season in a Real Madrid shirt so he is by no means over the hill. What a great aquisition he would be (although i doubt it would ever happen), the type of world class, experienced player we need.

As it relates to the Luis Garcia story i have watched him play on a number of occasions and i have not been impressed at all which may explain why Barcelona always let him go out on loan. If he is not good enough to play for a team such as Barcelona then he is not the type of player i want to see at Liverpool next season.

Figo is not over the hill, he is a class act, but is past his best. He was, in my opinion, at his best during his days at Barca but it was a pity that Barca did not have its best runs towards the later part of Figo's time there. he may have had his best ever Real Madrid season just in the past season, but he was clearly better earlier on.

Sod Zidane, Nedved would be fantastic!!!!!!! Just imagine Nedved and Stevie G in Midfield.
