The worst case scenario this season would be to win nothing and not finish in the top four.

If that happens, the pressure will obviously increase.

It's down to the players now. They have to deliver something substantial.

Pressure from Internet warriors like you and bell ends in the media.

Match going Liverpool fans are right behind the gaffer, and we will let EVERYONE know this tomorrow afternoon.

match going fans eh?? So who's been booing Rafa recently then???
I'm talking about pressure from Rafa's bosses.

Fecking hell I'm getting bored of this childish attitude that just because you don't want to w8nk over a picture of Rafa then you are not a proper fan!! :veryangry
I am not a plastic fan, well if you call 16 years plastic then I suppose I am!! I've never supported any other team and don't ever intend to, I love LFC as much as any fan on here, I just have a different point of view which isn't based on blind devotion!!

personally i dont want to see rafa go, but i wont be devastated if he does go, especially for the good of the club, if he cant win the league then he will have to go.

i am wondering at what point will the people who praise rafa at every point realise that rafa will not win the league (assuming he doesn't)and start to call for change, how many years will it take of the same excuses about injuries, building a squad, etc etc etc

just wondering, or would you rather persist with him forever winning the odd cup and fighting for fourth place. there comes a time when that has to stop and people need to admit he isn't everything some of you think he is

Rafa made one big mistake. And that was taking Liverpool beyond all expectation. By winning the champions league all of our expectations were raised so high that rafa was instantly classed as a class above ! Its not a case of persisting with him forever but just simply accepting what he has done since he has been here.

I dont want Rafa to go, I'd love him to succeed. I think most decent LFC would feel the same too. Even if he doesnt get the title this year I'd happilly see him stay on for at least another year.

Alls' I'd asked for him is to change his methods from time to time, its like banging your head against a brick wall. As he is stubborn and seems quite one dimensional in his ways.

We have come pretty far under him, and although last season was a big step backwards IMO I think there is more to come from him hopefully and the team. There is no point throwing three years of building down the drain because of a confidence blip or whatever. And start all over again with another manager.

Rafa now needs a number two helping him out, the depature of Pako seems so coincedental to a poor form of late and the Spaniard needs some help in that department asap.

Thats my opinion.

If you vote please give your reasons, and matbe if you vote no, who would you prefer??

WTF

Why oh why do these sort of threads keep getting posted.

We are unbeaten in the league we have had the best start to the league for sometime

It would be nice for another champions league glory run but i would prefer us to get knocked out and concentrate on the league.

I voted NO

so your not a proper fan then? you thick twát, your slating everyone else for being against rafa, and in the post you made it says The proper lot realise Rafa's the most vital cog in the machine right now, and he is not going anywhere, but your signature says different? ??? your a two faced non thinking idiotic git lmao....

3 sets of fans waaa haaaaaa

And for the record i think he sahould go, we are not getting better we are getting worse, i will be happy if we lost by 1 goal today, because i cant see us getting a result against arsenal. yeah i geuss that makes me one of the 3 types of fans, but at the end of the day i want liverpool to win everything, and under rafa and his infamous tinkering we will get nowhere. One step forward 3 steps back springs to mind. slate all you want, but i cant see us winning nothing from now on while the tinkerman is in charge. the teams confidence and morale is in the pits, none of the players seem to know whats going on, on the pitch, its all a disgrace, we are playing shít football,  and at the end of the season and we have won the league or FA cup i ll run through the city center naked.  :lookaround

We have the best manager in Europe and if he were to leave he will be snapped up by any of the big clubs including fireing their manager to accomodate him. We are going through a cold patch and I think it is a pako leaving hangover (which will end today by the way). I am not worried as class is permenant and form is temporary, and we will look good again.

If they fired fergie after a few years of not winning the title they would not be the same team as they are. The thing is this year a few teams could win it including us but not if the fans are talking about changing the manager even though we are undefeated.

It is funny to me that some fans are happy at losing so they can say "I told you so". They seem to wish for defeat so as to be proved right.

I never did listen to idiots.

thats a really stupid post , no offense , but if that happens u think rafa will be still at Liverpool next season , nah look at spurs , they just got ramos and its not even half way through the season yet.
Rafa needs to show that when he asked for funds he got them , and now he needs to at least deliver the pl title or close the gap down by maybe 5 points or so...
honestly if rafa gets fired which 80% is gonna happen , next season we'll get jose mourinho if he gets fired late on in the season , but if he gets fired , who's gonna take over temporarily??  :D i wish pako would have never left us in the first place
