Diego Militio is certainly a very good striker.

If you watched Zaragoza vs Real Madrid last week, you would know he is very good.

He is definetly better than bent, I think he will be a top signing if we do get him.

the few times ive seen Milito he has looked class like a Morientes/Berbatov type the only worry i have is that if we got him we would have 4 striker without express pace. Crouch is average to slow, Kuyt is medium/medium fast, Voronin is similar to Kuyt from what ive seen and Milito is also medium pace

Liverpool make £13 million for Zaragoza striker
18th June 2007
By Staff Writer

Liverpool have made a move for Zaragoza striker Diego Milito according to reports over the weekend.

The News of the World claims that Liverpool have launched a £13 million bid for the Argentinean striker after accepting they are set to lose out to Tottenham in the race to sign Charlton's Darren Bent.

28 year old Milito scored 22 goals for Zaragoza last season and the paper quotes him as saying:

"Liverpool are a club any player would like to move to. I believe I could adjust without any problems."

A smaller report was also run in the Sunday People

Go get him. He is better then Bent for sure!

I would like to see us bid £25-£30m for the 2 Millito brothers.
