Official 11 of milan for tomorrow

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby *Juventino* » Tue May 22, 2007 6:46 pm

                               Dida

                Oddo - Nesta - Maldini - Jankulovsky

                   Gattuso - Pirlo - Ambrosini

                            Kakà - Seedorf

                               Inzaghi

Substitutes:

Kalac
Cafù
Kaladze
Brocchi
Gourcouff
Oliveira
Gilardino

This will be at 99% the starting eleven of AC Milan for tomorrow.

Kakà and Seedorf are the two more men in form of the team. Gattuso will be fundamental for the doublings of imprinting and Ambrosini is particulary good with the head kick.

As Alonso says, we have to avoid their counter attacks.

We'll have to avoid Kaka receiving the ball in the hole, and push him to receive in deeper positions.

So I expecto to make a very similar approach to the one we used in Barcelona away, formation-wise.

They have no width in the midfield, so we have to seize the chances that will give us their wings, when their L/R backs go up. A man like Bellamy could be important tomorrow... The victory will come from the wings!

The men that we'll use? I couldn't care less as long as we win, but probably we'll use 14 men and all of them will be necessary.

Pippo Inzagui is a great goal poacher, very clever, the kind of striker that isn't too known for it's quality in videos, but very clever and always in the correct spot...

I wouldn't like to see him tomorrow.

Hes not a shadow of the player he once was, he has hit 4 goals since september 2006 ??? . That makes him slightly more prolific than Agger, Sami or Gonzo :D

Its a good team. We need to get hold of Kaka and Pirlo. Milan are excellent passers and we need to disrupt. I think we have got a good chance against Dida though, he is not good on crosses and this is where we can beat them. If we can get a goal after a while i think Milans heads will drop.

it is important not to press them too much because milans players are intelligent with thei rmovement and could use it to thier advantage
