Neil Warnock has become the latest Premiership manager to depart from his club after agreeing to leave Sheffield United.

Following the club's relegation on the final day of the season, Warnock confessed his desire to manage for a further two years in the Premiership.

United had previously offered Warnock a two-year deal to remain at Bramall Lane but the self-confessed Blades supporter failed to concur on fresh terms.

Warnock becomes the third manager to leave a Premiership club since the close of the season, following closely on the heels of Stuart Pearce and Paul Jewell.

A press conference from Bramall Lane will be broadcast live on Sky Sports News from 11am.

Well this could be bad news considering he may take a managerial position at a premiership club, hope not.

Can't believe Bryan Robson got the job. What way is that to run a football club - "lets give the job to the failed manager"
