This is a tribute to the best Spanish keeper ever. If you ask Casillas, Reina, or any of the best of nowadays they'll mention him. Was better than Zubizarreta.

Except for Casillas and Cañizares, the keeper of the Spanish Squad have been basque through out the history. Mine, is a region of keepers. Arkonada, Zubizarreta, Arakistain, Iribar, are some examples of keepers who defended the Spanish goal for years.

He was a cat. He reached to everything

The legs not too open, not too close, provided the best jump. He was lightning fast. The eye-ball-handling principles always observed. Strong kick. Was able to literally change the course of a flight. He did the impossible.

The man.

He was a leader. Look the white socks. Many keepers in Spain like Palop still use white socks as tribute to him. In Real Sociedad the keeper uses white socks as well. Legend.

Other times of football. You could not mess with the man  :D

But I'd suggest you, if you admire keepers, to download this game from mininova, Spain-Denmark 1984. Here it is the torrent. If you like football you'll like this game. It's a game every keeper should see.

Best keeper
