No lad,i haven`t even heared about "Grafton" but i can assure u that u haven`t got idea what means "hard police action".
Our reality is very different from yours,lad.In Bulgaria everything is much "harder".

Here`s one song who is an exampel for that how we love the cops.I hope i translated it correctly:

(Ushev means policeman)

With a cap, stick and gun Ushev is smucking a fan's dick, bad Ushev dirty gay, give him give him to us!!!!!! Lets sing all together the song for the team in our hearts there is only only one truth and it is ONLY CSKA!!!!!!
