sopcast is totally safe mate and I've never had any problems with ppstream or TVAnts either. They do look well dodgy though but it's just the chinese writing, it's mostly just adverts. I check my PC for viruses and spyware all the time and it's all good.

Streams are ok to know what's going on, but I'd suggest to download the torrents later, most of them are available with decent image quality and you see well the players and the details.

Looks like we're with the 4-4-1-1 again.
