Im more than a little concerned about whats currently happening at our hallowed club firstly there seems to be more mystery surrounding these thai dealings than David Blaine ,decidedly shadey to say the least ,in point of fact this deal will at some time down the line suffocate this great club its got scandal written write through it,since when have Liverpool ever slid into bed with goverment and a particulary corrupt one at that, Im dumbfounded and then theres the next point i feel obliged to stress ,Liverpools next manager should be well equipped to deal with unenviable pressure delivered with all the bile and hate our tabloids can muster ,Houlier clearly couldnt and i genuinely feel for the man but for our next manager its essential he possesses thick skin that rules a lot of candidates out of the equation ,Oneil included, only managers who have left top teams know that sort of pressure thats why Benitez in my opinion has to be the man him or Riikjard,oh its nice to be back

Totally agree, well said. The new manager has to be a proven class manager with a proven track record. Benitez at the moment is the best candidate. People suggest Mourinho, i wouldn't be to dissapointed with this appointment either but in all honesty its Benitez i would rather see.

Anyone else can take a running jump.

The Benitez connection seems to be a bit of politics by himself to get total control of transfer dealings at Valencia,according to Spanish media reports.

So we are getting a bloody foriegner. I feel our beloved club is sliding into oblivion. They criticised GH for having a French speaking dressing room. So what are we going to have now. An Asiatic presence with a Latino flavour.
Shankly must be spinning in his grave.
I know I dont want to watch First Div. football but I am afraid thats where we are heading.
If only the minority who hounded GH out had his honour and integrity.

first div football? we had a bad season, i agree, but don't you think it isn't that bad? or do you really think just because our next manager may be a foreigner will make us relegated? would be sad if you thought like this ...!
