"Fanatik" is the best sport newspaper in Turkey, lets take a look what they said... Hmm, there isnt something important, just a claim.

They say: Liverpool interested in Anelka and club directors may come to Turkey for a transfer meeting with Fenerbahce chairman Aziz Yildirim. By the way, Fenerbahce dont let him to leave (if LFC wont give 15-20 millions)

cant be ar5ed adding anything (its way too hot!) except, i think anelka would be far more suitable for liverpool at the moment...

Fenerbahce hitman Nicolas Anelka has again been speaking about his love for Liverpool.

Bombed out of Anfield by Gerard Houllier and Rick Parry, the player has always hoped to do a 'Robbie' and return as a Red one day.

He's been linked with numerous Premier League clubs but everyone knows where he'd rather be playing his football next season.

Anelka said: "Even though I'm out in Turkey, I thought more big clubs would want me.

"I have kept out of trouble and also got back into the French squad after some good performances in the Champions' League.

" People keep criticising my so-called personality or they say I'm always changing clubs. It's completely false.

"My priority would be to join a club that plays regular Champions League but I can't do anything if those clubs don't want to sign me.

"It is the same for Bolton or Blackburn, from whom I had phone calls from the managers.

Yea, thats an interwiev made by L'Equipe. I read it a few mins ago in a turkish football site.

"Some people tell bad things to English clubs about me" he says too.

He says that Liverpool days were the happiest days for him, altough Houllier.

If we could get Anelka for approx £7m I think that would be good business, he clearing likes Liverpool and he's still a very good striker
