Why did GH have to sign a confidentiality clause before he left stating that he cant talk about the club?

What do we have to hide?

Well its not the Premier League Trophy is it ? Cos we ain;t got one to hide !!!!!!!!!!

Seriously though it's common practice these days in all sorts of jobs.
